holiday program

                                                                          Holiday program

In the holidays I had a holiday program for my league team; Te Puna
O Hokianga. The first day, my team made five planter boxes. We made it out of one whole pallet we
had four teams. The task was to see how many planter boxes we could make out of one whole pallet. We
every single planter box we had and mine never got rejected but my dad ‘s team did 5 times in a row.

The second day of the holiday program we went to the wave pools.
I saw thousands of people jumping and swimming in the cold pool while I was in the spa
pool chilling with my league team. It was so cost like I was in the steamers at Taranaki. There were lots
of people staring at me while I was bombing, then I saw my friend Alex bombing and also his brother Karyn.

The last day we went to the game beside my friends house. We were versing
North Hokianga and South Hokianga. When we saw the boys were keen to play I went too and
joined them because they were already training on the pitch with their boots on, playing strip and their
mouthguards in their mouths. When everyone was ready, we just heard that South Hokianga defaulted, so we had to play a rugby team. We had to negotiate and play first half rugby and second half rugby league. The team was called North Hokianga. They were short on players so they wanted 9 players from our team. We played 9v9, first half was 10 - 5 to my team. Second half it was 20 - 10 to my team.  Counting our kicks it was 30 - 20 when the whistle blew. We got a try because I kicked it on a angle and my mate Conrad caught it and scored

                       And it was very cool.
